At the SoftwareHub24 shop, we accept all major credit cards, as well as payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and PayPal.

When you place an order on our website, your card will be charged immediately in Euros, not at the time of shipment.

If you wish to request a refund, you can do so by contacting us within 24 hours of your order. A refund typically takes 5-10 business days for the amount to be credited to your account. Payment must be made in full before shipment.

We do not have access to your Mastercard number. After completing your purchase, we only see your billing and shipping details, order details, and the last 4 digits of your Mastercard.
