Phone Support

You can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.
We will gladly guide you directly over the phone through the installation or activation process.

Remote Desktop Assistance

Should an activation not work as expected, we offer remote desktop assistance via TeamViewer upon request.
We will assist you directly on your device with:

  • Software installation
  • Entering and activating the license key
  • Troubleshooting activation problems
  • Checking system requirements

Of course, access will only be granted with your explicit consent and solely for problem-solving purposes.
